Each classroom is led by a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE). In addition we have Early Childhood Assistants who play an active role in caring for children and bring a wealth of experience to the centre.
RECE's in Ontario are held to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Each staff is First Aid and CPR-C trained prior to interacting with children. CPR-C covers all aspects of CPR skills and theory for adults, children and infants.

Each staff must provide a Criminal record and police check for working with the vulnerable sector prior to interacting with children. This applies to any placement students and volunteers as well.

Each staff member is trained in fire and emergency procedures. We conduct monthly fire drills to ensure all staff and children are prepared in case of an emergency.
