How To Apply

Parents  can apply for a child care space by completing an Application or Waitlist Form.

The webform application  is available  below or a paper copy can be requested by emailing info.bumblebee@eyesdaycare.com

If there is space in the requested program, parents will be invited for a tour with their child. They will also be provided with the Parent Handbook, the Fee and Program information, and will be offered a spot. 

If the offer of admission is accepted, parents will be provided with a Registration Package that includes the Enrollment form, and asked to complete it prior to their child’s first day.
